Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Anova Body. We are committed to providing elite-grade athletic gear and high-performance equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note that custom gear, protective underwear, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety standards.

2. Global Logistics & Fulfillment
To optimize shipping speed, costs, and product availability, Anova Body works with a network of specialized global fulfillment and manufacturing centers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. 

Depending on stock availability and your geographical location, your order may be dispatched in multiple packages directly from our tier-1 partner facilities to ensure your gear arrives as quickly as possible. 

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item at our designated return center, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately at support@anovabody.com with photographic evidence and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
